Personal Project relative to the OpenSource

A small presentation

I discovered GNU/Linux in 1999. And since I began to work, I'm always trying to integrate open source composant in any project I'm involved. On my mind, free software is a good solution for countries in development. The Open Source solution permits independency from any provider, low cost and provide education through the programs sources. Currently I'm living at San Luis Potosi and I would like to see this country using more and more free software. I would enjoy being a motor for the open source movement in mexicans companies.

I'm looking for all the oportunities to contribute to free software, specially to implement them in private companies. My developments

This website presents three patchs for two famous free softwares and a small javascript, which I did during my free time.

I worked on a Gaim plugin during the months from august to september 2005. This Gaim plugin permits the comunication with a server using the RVP protocol from Microsoft. But now I don't have anymore access to a RVP server. So I just can't follow its development. Here you can find the plugin itself with some documentations on the protocol and on this plugin.

From february to march 2006, I worked on Tomcat, specially on the catalina part. I implemented the servlets specifications 2.5, although there are still not released. The principal modification is about the new Java 1.5 feature, the annotations. Here you can find the patch, some documentations on the servlets and on the patch itself.

From april to july 2006, I worked on Tomcat, specially on the cluster part. I implemented the single sign on for a cluster and a jms way to get tomcat cluster nodes communicate between them. Here you can find also the patchs, some documentations on the patch itself.

From December 2006 to February 2007, I worked on Tomcat, specially on the context part. I implemented the JSR 109 which let somebody to declare in the webdeployement descriptor a service-ref node. Here you can find also the patchs, some documentations on the patch itself.

From June 2007 to September 2007, I worked with Pentaho. I made websites with charts, dashboards and reports. I send also one bug correction for the default cube query in case of virtual cube present

From September 2007 to November 2007, I worked with Ofbiz. I made various websites for small companies, to help them in the day to day tasks.

From December 2007 to August 2008, I worked in the opentaps project as a full time developper.

From August 2008 to now, I have been working various small projects for facebook and android.

From february 2009 to now, I have been working on a small project ShareYourDrive which use android and php.
